Friendly and Helful

Sail Date: June 2017
Destination: Alaska
Embarkation: Seattle
The staff were always friendly and helpful when we had some minor issues with our cabin. They were very accommodating. The air flow was low and the room was too warm for us but the maintenance staff finally fixed the problem by our last night when we realized someone had used duct tape to block the vent. We were given a fan, extra pillows and whatever else we asked for, except a new room since they were full up.

The food was tremendous. No complaints.

The gold panning experience in Juneau could have been more exciting. Seemed as though it was too planned out. The Duck boat tour is recommended. Our guide (a 17 year old student) was knowledgeable and kept us laughing while entertaining us with jokes.

The spa and thermal suite on board were fantastic. Warming beds were a bit hot but enjoyable.

Overall, one of our best cruises so far. Less
